Job Purpose of A Call Center Agent

Responsible for carrying out appointment scheduling and confirmation via telephone calls in line hospital policies and procedures.

Job Duties of A Call Center Agent

• Occupy the call center office at hospital and promptly answer all telephone calls as and when received.
• Provide information to all customers regarding the hospital services, days of specialists / consultants and visiting hours etc.
• Makes telephone confirmation for the scheduled appointments, cancellation, rescheduling and follow up with missed appointments.
• Attend emergency calls and provide necessary guidance as per the situation and condition of patients.
• Assist in managing all medical records of patients as per hospital guidelines.
• Take on the additional tasks as assigned by the call center supervior or any higher hospital authority.
