Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer. This role will enable candidate to showcase his / her creativity and organizational skills, allowing candidate to design unique store environments for brands, collaborating closely with Brand Teams, VM and Marketing Departments and Senior Management.

Responsibilities of CAD Designer

• Develop store designs, drawing packs and 3D renderings in accordance with mall design criteria and requirements.
• Coordinate with third parties and brand principals during the design process.
• Review MEP drawings submitted by contractors and support them during all project phases.
• Conduct jobsite visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with vision.
• Collaborate with VM and Marketing departments in rebranding efforts.
• Assist the Brand teams in store area division tasks.
• Manage and maintain file drawings.

Requirements for Role of CAD Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing« or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in store design or a related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp  VRay, 3d MAX and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise projects.
• Good understanding of MEP drawing and mall standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
