Job Title

Cabin Technician.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair the inner parts of the aircraft, including seating, carpet, galleys, lavatories, lighting, and cabin panels.
  • Identify identification documents and correct errors within the approved technical scope.
  • Complete all maintenance documentation and certification according to the rules.
  • Conduct regular inspections, such as transit, daily, and weekly checks on cabin components.
  • Follow safety procedures and use only approved equipment and protective equipment.
  • See Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Structural Repair Manual (SRM), and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).
  • Follow the technical limitations and responsibilities defined by the scope of your approval.
  • Managers or supervisors in the cabin maintenance team perform several assigned tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Secondary school education with relevant work experience or an Aircraft Maintenance Technology diploma or certificate.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in aircraft cabin maintenance.

Skills

  • Proficiency in cabin system inspection and repair.
  • Ability to complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and incorrect identification capacity.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Safety and compliance awareness.

Knowledge

  • Aircraft interior layout and component structure.
  • Cabin-related manuals (AMM, SRM, CMM).
  • Use of personal protective equipment and approved tools.
  • Networking and basic electronics systems in aircraft (preferred).
  • FAA or EASA repair standards (advantageous).
  • Industry-standard maintenance protocols.
