Job Description

Cabin Services Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Clean A380 Shower Spas and add personal touches for First Class passengers.
  • Keep restrooms in First, Business, and Economy Classes neat and stocked.
  • Ensure First and Business Class lounges look inviting throughout flights.
  • Tidy general cabin areas to keep passengers comfortable.
  • Check cleaning supplies and tell the Purser or SFS if stocks are low.
  • Stick to aviation safety and cleanliness rules for all tasks.
  • Work with cabin crew to keep inflight services smooth.
  • Answer passenger questions about Shower Spas politely.
  • Report any equipment problems in assigned areas quickly.
  • Check that Shower Spa and lounge equipment works before flights.
  • Get cabins ready for boarding to show Emirates’ quality.
  • Handle waste and recycling following onboard rules.
  • Respect passenger privacy during every task.
  • Stay on top of busy inflight schedules with quick work.
  • Help make flights feel warm and welcoming with great service.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, showing 10 years of schooling. Training in hospitality or cleaning is helpful but not required.

Experience

 At least 2 years working in customer service for a major hotel, airline, or high-end service provider. One year of inflight service or administration experience is a bonus. Cleaning experience in hotels or similar settings is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Clear English speaking and writing for talking with passengers.
  • Close attention to detail for keeping things clean and tidy.
  • Friendly attitude to connect with people from different backgrounds.
  • Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast-moving flight environment.
