Job Description

The Cabin Services Assistant role at Emirates in Dubai, UAE, is a full-time, entry-level gig focused on keeping the A380 Shower Spas and cabin areas sparkling for a top-notch guest experience. Based in Dubai’s buzzing aviation scene, you’ll report to the Purser (or Senior Flight Supervisor when they’re off) and make sure First Class passengers rave about the onboard spa vibe. The compensation package includes a tax-free base salary of AED 4,430 per month. In addition, you will earn AED 63.75 for every flight hour worked, typically ranging from 80 to 100 flight hours per month, which brings the estimated total monthly pay to approximately AED 10,170.Meal allowances are also provided.
A high school diploma (10 years of schooling) and 2 years in customer service with a fancy hotel or airline are needed. Fluent English and a sharp eye for detail are musts. Shifts run through days, nights, and weekends, with training at Emirates’ killer Dubai facility.

Cabin Services Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Scrub and set up A380 Shower Spas to blow First Class passengers away.
  • Tweak spa setups to give each guest a personal, luxe touch.
  • Keep First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories spotless.
  • Spruce up First and Business Class Lounges to keep the fancy vibes flowing.
  • Tidy general cabin areas to show off Emirates’ slick image.
  • Check in with the Purser or Senior Flight Supervisor for daily duties.
  • Track spa and lounge supplies, flagging low stock to the boss.
  • Nail hygiene standards in every assigned nook and cranny.
  • Work alongside cabin crew without stepping on their service toes.
  • Log cleaning tasks and guest info in the system with no slip-ups.
  • Stay fresh on long flights and layovers in new cities.
  • Rock Emirates’ strict uniform and grooming standards.
  • Sync with crew for a tight in-flight operation.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma (10 years of schooling or equivalent).

Experience

Minimum 2 years in customer service with a top-tier hotel, airline, or elite service provider; housekeeping experience is a bonus.
