Job Description

The Cabin Crew role at Emirates in Dubai, UAE, is a full-time, entry-level job for folks who can light up a flight with great service and keep safety tight. Based in Dubai’s buzzing aviation hub, you’ll greet passengers, handle their needs, and keep the cabin running smoothly. Expect a tax-free monthly pay averaging AED 10,170, with a base of AED 4,430, plus AED 63.75 per flight hour (80–100 hours a month) and meal allowances. A high school diploma and 1 year in hospitality or customer service are needed. Fluent English and a cool head for busy shifts are a must. You’ll work days, nights, and weekends, trained at Emirates’ top-notch Dubai facility.

  • Push duty-free sales to help hit onboard revenue targets.
  • Log passenger details and flight reports with no errors.
  • Stay fresh on long flights and layovers in new spots.
  • Stick to Emirates’ strict uniform and grooming standards.
  • Work with pilots and ground teams for a smooth operation.
  • Keep up with safety and service training to stay sharp.
  • Deliver Emirates’ pro, friendly, and global brand vibe.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).

Experience

At least 1 year in hospitality or customer service.

Skills

    • Ace at making passengers feel at home and valued.
    • Can handle a flurry of tasks in a fast-moving cabin.
    • Stays steady during delays or high-stress moments.
    • Clear communicator who meshes with a diverse crew.
    • Sharp on details, from safety checks to passenger requests.
    • Meets height rules (160cm tall, can reach 212cm on tiptoes) and has no visible tattoos in uniform.

Knowledge

    • Fluent in written and spoken English; extra languages like Russian are a win.
    • Knows hospitality basics and high-end service tricks.
    • Solid on airline safety and security protocols.
    • Gets UAE culture and what global travelers want.
    • Handles passenger queries with confidence and tact.
    • Familiar with Emirates’ brand and its push for top-tier service.
