BFL Group
The Buying Clerk at BFL Group will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Buying team. This will include putting together data using various tools to include MS office suite and several online platforms. Candidate is an integral part of the Buying team and focuses to ensure all record keeping, account records, price evaluations are maintaining with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities of Buying Clerk
- Check retail prices online to tally with files.
- Work on files and evaluate.
- Upload manifests by category and compare retail and Selling price.
- Work between buyers-building team and accounts.
- Assemble reports and statistics to head of buying.
- maintain buying spreadsheets and records with all product information. Along with, upload manifest of the items arriving
- Liaise with the relevant departments when needed and support the warehouse with the prices if any.
- Perform any other supporting related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.
Requirements for Role of Buying Clerk
- Bachelor’s Degree in business.
- 1+ years of experience in the same field.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Must be confident, highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Capable to work as a part of a team.
