Eyewa is currently recruiting a Buying Assistant to be based in Dubai Office as part of the growth of the team. The selected candidate will assist in various aspects of the procurement process, including vendor communication, product analysis, and inventory management.

Responsibilities of Buying Assistant

  • Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to vendors and the finance team
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track product deliveries and assist in managing stock to meet demand and sales goals.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to track and confirm order status, resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates to the buying team.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of product information, pricing and supplier details.
  • Market Analysis: Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor products and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product selection.
  • Sample Management: Coordinate the receipt, evaluation and tracking of product samples from vendors.

Requirements for Role of Buying Assistant

  • A high School diploma.
  • 1+ years experience in a buying assistant role.
