Business Transformation Manager at Adecco in the Business Transformation department, will be instrumental in the execution of transformation programs within the organization. This role requires effective coordination with various business units and a focus on implementing strategic priorities to drive transformation across the group and its subsidiaries. A key focus in this process concerns with supporting on key activities to develop, calibrate, execute, and monitor strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities of Business Transformation Manager

  • Manage strategic transformation projects in line with organizational goals, including activities such as Identifying and structuring problems, and conduct independent research, data gathering, data assimilation, data structuring activities.
  • Analysing root causes and developing and recommending solutions.
  • Developing delivery workplans and driving execution identifying and mitigating risks while enabling and sharing best practice.
  • Define effective and sustainable delivery milestones of strategic transformational programs, maintaining high standards of program management and enabling sharing best practices.
  • Design and develop execution and implementation tools & processes enabling the programs/ projects to be delivered following a clear methodology in partnership with functional leads at the verticals across the group, cascading across various functions where relevant.
  • Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adapting as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks. 

Performance Management & reporting

  • Develop relevant program/project-specific metrics, risks and issues analyses to report on progress and impact on a continuous basis to the leadership teams.
  • Prepare business presentations and reports related to Business Transformation Department for various stakeholders, on periodic and ad hoc basis as and when required.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project phases and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Contribute to comprehensive stakeholder management activities to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Contribute to change management processes/ activities to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives and transformations within the organization.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery with high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure regular information exchange with all relevant stakeholders and update them on the development progress across projects.
  • Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organisational goals.

Requirements of Business Transformation Manager

  • Education:Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
  • Experience:5-6 years extensive experience in project management, program management, particularly in business. transformation or similar areas.
  • Experience in strategy role within consulting or relevant sectors preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and change management within complex organizational settings.
  • Experience in transformation programs involving cross-functional teams in large corporations.
  • Experience in strategic transformation projects and strategic planning.

Skills and Abilities Desired

  • In-depth understanding and proven ability to lead programs and projects end-to end.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong analytical mindset for structured problem solving, structuring complex problems and potential solutions.
  • Strong business communication and presentation skills with proven experience managing executive-level communications.
  • Proficient excel and powerpoint skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong English.
