Business Studies and Economics Teacher – Sunmarke School, Dubai
Sunmarke School in Dubai, part of Fortes Education, is looking for a qualified Business Studies and Economics Teacher to deliver both subjects across GCSE and A-Level. This role suits an educator who can inspire entrepreneurial thinking and economic awareness in students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business Studies and Economics at IGCSE and A-Level
- Plan engaging lessons connecting theory to real-world business and economic issues
- Prepare students for external examinations with strong results
- Support students with university applications for business and economics courses
- Contribute to enterprise events and business enrichment activities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field
- PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years teaching Business and/or Economics at GCSE/A-Level
- Experience with UK examination boards
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month
