Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Business Process Workflow Developer. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery teams from end to end delivery standpoint. Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis.

Responsibilities of Business Process Workflow Developer

  • Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.
  • Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.
  • Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
  • Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users’ needs and within the agreed upon time parameters.
  • Execute the ad-hoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal IT Objectives related to ADIB group including international expansion.
  • Support “go-live’ and post ‘go-live’ activities for projects and any releases to production.
  • Support Disaster Recovery (DR) environment and ensure that DR requirements including related documentation are met.
  • Take part in DR test drills.

Operational Support

  • Provide first level of support for BPM Solution and ensure data ingestion & processing is completed as required.
  • Raise and follow-up with vendors where required for troubleshooting / fixes ensuring that the standard SLAs are met.
  • Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.
  • Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
  • Execute any relevant task assigned to him by ADIB IT senior management within timeframe agreed upon.

Communication

  • Attend all the team meetings, one to one meeting to have a high level of communication culture.
  • Timely response to email, tasks assigned and effective follow up with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare tasks status reports and submit to stakeholders on timely basis.

Documentation / Process Ownership

  • The incumbent is responsible to take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function.
  • In the event where processes or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.

People & Attendance Business Process Workflow Developer

  • Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and proactive good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.
  • The incumbent should adhere to working hours which might require working for extended hours depending on job nature and task assigned.

Information Security

  • Maintain information security related to ADIB, throughout the period of employment.
  • Ensure that data access is controlled and audited using the appropriate tools available in BPM application.
  • As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.
  • Maintain Risk Free/control IT environment at ADIB.

Requirements of Business Process Workflow Developer

  • Certification in IBM BPM.
  • Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in IBM BPM development activities of which minimum 3-5 years should be in a similar role in Banking / Financial industry.
  • Must have experience of Banking, BPM Delivery methodology, BPM Center of excellence and implementation of BPM best practices
  • Experience in designing, business process analysis, business rules, and business process standards such as BPMN, BPEL, BPDM (BPM) tool.
  • Hands-on experience on IBM Web Sphere BPM-BPEL experience plus on micro flows, long running processes, rule groups, fault handlers, transaction management, security, process assembly, outbound imports and inbound exports using MQ, SOAP, SCA etc, mediation flows, libraries, adapters, web services, transaction management, XSD and Integration Developer.

  • Websphere application Server
  • DB Design with experience in Oracle & MS SQL.
  • Should have strong knowledge on Web Sphere Integration Bus/Message Broker development expert with hands on experience of developing complex integration and transformation message flows using SOAP, HTTP, TCP, JMS, MQ, FTP, Java Compute, ESQL, Message Models, DFDL, WS-Security, WS-Addressing, Message aggregation and Events.
