Business Process Specialist EPM Implementation (Group Services) at Emirates Airlines in Garhoud Area opposite to Airport Terminal 3, Dubai, UAE will lead the FP&A business area in the design, development, and implementation of the new EPM system. Through a thorough understanding of business processes, policies, and procedures the role holder works with stakeholders both within and outside of Finance to support in the full design of the EPM tool for budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management accounting. Ensuring that the system successfully supports in providing financial data, insights, and analytics for the Group. This is an Intermediate level Fix Contract (2 years) job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Business Process Specialist

• Participate in the EPM design workshops to ensure all commercial requirements are gather and included in the design.
• Act as the central point of contact between Finance and the business for design queries linked to processes. And policies to ensure the value of the organization is maximize from the new system/tool.
• Develop the “to be” process maps, processes and policies and ensure these are fully communicate to both Finance. And the business through detailed training and incorporate best practise.
• Act as the SME and COE throughout the implementation of the new EPM system.
• Co-ordinate the collection, testing and signoff of all commercial related modules and data.
• Build the three-year future roadmap for Finance commercial EPM expansion to help drive further insights and analytics from the EPM tool.
• Ensure that an appropriate financial control environment exists in the new system.
• Work closely with the EPM supplier and implementation partner to ensure the project remains on track and provide weekly status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop the change management action plan for relevant departments and ensure all stakeholders across the Emirates operations are taken along the EPM journey. Through executing change management activities that drive engagement in the new system.

Requirements for Role of Business Process Specialist

• Degree or equivalent, plus relevant professional experience i.e. MBA or Qualified Accountant.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification would be desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience within a Finance department within medium or large organisations.
• Experience in implementing complex and innovative finance solutions which require a significant program and change management.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of FP&A processes budgeting, planning, and forecasting and the preparation of management reporting material.
• The ability to partner with the business and a range of stakeholders and be able provide solutions and guidance on best FP&A practices.
• Ability to problem solve with good time management and people skills.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and BI would be advantageous.
