National Oilwell Varco (NOV) is presently hiring a dedicated  Business Process Coordinator (Order processing, Logistics, Warehouse, & Customer services) in Dubai. Oversee the parts requests received from sales team, shop, internal or external orders and to facilitate the flow of operations and materials in warehouse,
Strategize the activities related to receiving and dispatching shipments such as confirming accuracy of orders and generate reports on work progress, completion dates, order challenges.

Job Duties of Business Process Coordinator

  • Coordinating within logistics, warehouse, and customer services.
  • Liaise with receiving team for incoming shipments for any urgent orders and coordinate with warehouse operations for earliest delivery.
  • Assist in receiving local PO and handling drop shipment orders.
  • Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed or shipped.
  • Assist shipping team with any sort of documentation requirements for operations.
  • Handling Shipping OSD’s, lead follow up and resolve Customer concerns.
  • Performing clerical duties and maintaining accurate order records and files of daily activities.
  • Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedure.

Job Requirements For Business Process Coordinator

The eligibility requirements for the role of Business Process Coordinator are as under:

Qualification & Experience 

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-year Equivalent Experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Experience with Oil and Gas industry.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Cooperative team player who works well in groups & individually.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
