The role holder will be responsible for the indirect business planning and execution through a successful implementation of Siemens Healthineers Partner management operational framework in his / her assigned territory. Responsibilities of Business Partner Manager
- Responsible for the effective selection, retention, and management of authorized distributors.
- Support the execution of business strategies that enable partners to achieve their agreed targets.
- Assist Country/Sales Manager in quarterly Partner target reviews and strategy governance.
- Focus on long term Value Partnerships, engaging active dialogues with KoLs, Healthcare authorities, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Ensure driving a Profitable and sustainable growth within his / her indirect channels.
- The additional mission of this position is to understand country competitive landscapes, pricing strategies and company’s DX portfolio positions.
- Support the Deal Desk, building deal structure models to guide Partner Sales within the offering stages.
- Drive CRM accuracy and quality improvement with Country Partner feedback.
- Support Sales in executing planning, business strategies and action plans that enable the partners to achieve their agreed commercial targets.
- Support the implementation of his/ her country sales processes including business planning, Funnel Development, Revenue and Units forecasts, and regular sales reporting as required.
- Deal calculation and offer preparation.
- Drive his / her channel commercial performance management through CRM KPIs.
- Align with the regional Direct Sales entities (when applicable) to optimize market coverage and manage potential channel conflicts.
- Support development of their country partner strategy.
Other Duties as Business Partner Manager
- Drive Business Partner selection process and ensure timely execution of Partner distribution agreement.
- Manage Business Partner onboarding and enablement activities and processes (partner training, BP access to internal tools, processes, and Marketing content).
- Drive the annual Partner Target Agreement process. Setting qualitative and quantitative targets (Sales volume, Partner Development, and support activities…).
- Collaborate with your BPs to build and nurture long term relationship at all levels of their organizations.
- Proactively address partner support requirement including CS process coordination. Ensure Partner commercial execution as planned.
- Ensure an active Partner performance monitoring through Quarterly Business Reviews as per SHS guidelines.
- Support and coordinate all other operations related to Partner management (BP Compliance Due diligence, regulatory requirements, Finance coordination…)
- Drive long-term partner satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Experience
Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Business Partner Manager at Siemens Healthineers:
- A university degree (Master and/or Bachelor) in Business Administration and/or Science.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales / Marketing in the Healthcare Industry.
- Diagnostics laboratory experience is preferred.
- Confirmed experience selling through Business Partners is preferable.
- Working experience in multi-cultural teams (cross-countries preferred).
