Head of Middle East and Africa Customer Services Business Partner Management Based in Dubai, will develop & manage the Customer Services Business Partner business, from a commercial and technical perspective and in alignment with the overall Zone MEA Customer Service Leadership & Strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for installed base retention in indirect countries and manage business success by setting up budgets using appropriate service partner models.

Responsibilities of Business Partner Management Head

  • Lead a team of CS BP operations and commercial managers. Responsible for revenue and profitability of the CS BP business, and responsible for employee engagement measured by staff surveys.
  • Define, decide and ensure implementation of CS BP policies and guidelines from a commercial and technical perspective.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction measured by customer surveys for indirect countries.
  • Improve partners’ performance through changing mindset and enablement, moving from reactive service support to a proactively driven Service Business. Ensure that partners are knowledgeable about the SHS service portfolio, with special focus on digitally enabled services.
  • Train partners how to promote portfolio elements to their customers.
  • Act as ultimate point of escalation to drive sustainable solutions of mission critical external and internal issues and problems and as Service Management Consultant to partners. Provide guidance for the selection/recruitment/coaching of key people.

Education & Experience

Following are the requirements for the role of Head of Middle East and Africa Customer Services Business Partner Management at Siemens Healthineers:

  • Degree in relevant discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience managing complex business relationships, strategic planning, and execution in indirect/business partner business.

Job Skills

  • Negotiation techniques and methodologies. Can comfortably interact and present at C-level.
  • Experience of working in the Services arena, preferably within the healthcare industry, in service/sales or business management roles.
  • Working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals.
  • Strong evidence of the ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships is essential.
