Job Purpose of Business Operations Analytics Leader

Responsible in defining and executing key strategies leaning on technological tools that enable productivity for the Commercial Organization and providing strategic support for business transformation initiatives including OneCRM.

Job Duties of Business Operations Analytics Leader

• Responsible for sales force and sales back office effectiveness, productivity analysis and metrics, Commercial capability building.
• Build relationship and co-own critical DT priorities along with the Aero SFDC Program leader to ensure seamless business operations for Gas Power Aero commercial function.
• Help define and prioritize DT projects targeted to deliver most business value.
• Lead and manage the growing business demand of Data and Analytics driving fast, quality solutions.
• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
• Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members and explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Experience 

• At least 7 years cognate experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience of working with senior executive-level stakeholders.
• Significant years of professional experience in program management, including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and organizations.
• Significant experience in Salesforce and Tableau knowledge is mandatory.
