Responsibilities of Business Intelligence Manager

• Driving data-driven decision-making and enabling strategic insights within the organization.
• Responsible for gathering, analysing, and visualizing complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations that directly impact business performance and growth.
• Working with data structures and architecture for the contact center systems and databases.
• Linking data sources across network HIS (Health Information System) systems and producing BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards.In addition to performing regular data hygiene and security check on all produced dashboards and contact center infrastructure.
• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability improves the overall quality of data-driven decision-making.
• Establishing data governance policies and best practices enhances data integrity and consistency, leading to increased trust in data and improved business processes.
• Developing data models, cubes, and visualizations using BI tools empowers stakeholders to explore data and gain insights independently.
• Robust and scalable BI solutions ensure the availability of accurate and secure data for analysis, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
• By collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large volumes of data, patterns, trends, and correlations can be identified, leading to actionable insights.
• Advanced reporting and dashboards tracking KPIs, and metrics provide real-time visibility into business performance, enabling informed decision making and proactive responses to business challenges.
• Compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations facilitate the understanding of complex data findings by stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective communication of insights and recommendations to business leaders promotes data-driven decision-making, fosters collaboration, and improves overall organizational performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Following are the required qualifications for the role of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Manager – Transformation Office:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data or IT fields.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Microsoft Power BI Certified.

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language and the ability to manipulate data and perform calculations in Microsoft Power BI.
• SQL and data querying languages, along with proficiency in working with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Proficiency in utilizing BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
