Responsibilities of Business Development Manager

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Drive the development and execution of strategies to increase revenue through the sale of banking products and services.
  • Acquire new customers and clients to expand the bank’s market share.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enter new markets or segments, contributing to the bank’s geographical or demographic expansion.
  • Introduce new banking products and services to diversify and expand the bank’s product portfolio.

  • Lead, motivate and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts toward business development objectives.

Requirements of Business Development Manager

  • University Degree or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and targets simultaneously.
