Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to meet customer needs.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, tracking performance, and analyzing results.
• Create strategies for increasing customer engagement through social media platforms.
• Develop promotional materials such as videos, graphics, web content, emails, etc.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Present findings from analytics data to senior management.
• Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies.
• Monitor customer trends and analyze customer feedback.
• Support product launches with effective marketing tactics.
• Work with internal teams to develop promotional material.
• Analyze market data to inform decisions on campaigns.
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop counter strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools & techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements for Role of Business Development Manager

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Related field.
• Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience.
