Job Purpose of A Business Development Lead

  • Build IT services sales opportunities.
  • Responsible to market set of ICT services and computing devices to target customers
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships leading to target achievement.

Job Duties of A Business Development Lead

  • To develop the targeted customers for IT services & AMC business.
  • To identify key stakeholders at client’s place and schedule meetings with them and understand the requirement clearly at a macro level.
  • Suggest & provide right kind of solutions & conduct technical presentations surveys along with presales & sales team.
  • To follow up with the customer until closure for the case and provide them the services as per their urgency.
  • Establish a rapport & long term relationship with the customers.
  • Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
  • Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for local and global sales teams.
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in similar role.
  • Experience of 5 years understanding the IT industry, market and specific operations.
