Charterhouse are working with a leader in Switchable Glass Technology and Supplies, offering an exciting opportunity within their projects division. The client is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (Interior Project) who will be responsible for generating new leads and converting project quotations into confirmed business.
About the Role
- Proactively identify new business opportunities by regularly visiting clients, primarily architects, developers, and contractors.
- The role will maintain a high standard of service, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, managing multiple assignments and priorities without compromising quality.
- The role will report to the Project Manager, collaborating closely to assess potential leads, create tailored proposals meeting client requirements, and follow up on quotations to secure new business.
- Additionally, the role will collaborate with various departments, including service, finance, and logistics, to ensure the smooth delivery of project installations, anticipating and resolving any potential issues.
Requirements of Business Development Executive
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- 2-3 years project sales experience within the Architectural Decorative Glass sector.
- Due to the fieldwork involved, successful candidate must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Should have their own portfolio of clients.
