Role of Business Development Executive

Plan and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve volume and profitability targets.

Responsibilities of Business Development Executive

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients from specific market segments.
  • Guide the customer through the entire sales process cycle right from prospecting to assisting in payment collection.
  • Maintain a healthy payment collection cycle with the clients.
  • Manage clients as a dedicated Account Manager with utmost service and on-boarding experience.
  • Prepare Daily Reports on sales activities, pipeline and customer database.
  • Plan and co-ordinate with different departments within the company such as Operations, HSE and Finance to successfully on-board new clients.
  • Work on sales process tools such as CRM software and SOPs.
  • Pro-actively keep track of Market trends & Competitor knowledge and explore new opportunities of business.
  • UAE driving license with own car is a must.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum High school diploma.
  • 5-7 years of experience in outdoor sales, primarily in the B2B domain, preferably from Automotive, Logistics or Equipment Rental Industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving volume targets and KPIs and focusing on specific market segments and meeting deadlines.
