A Business Development Associate at NMC Healthcare will assist with drafting marketing materials, website context, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. The incumbent must be willing to familiarize him / herself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. The role holder will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Responsibilities of Business Development Associate

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement the growth of the company.
  • Developing and implementing retention plans, analyzing reports to inform or update data.
  • Ability to work in multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Adheres to the requirements of the Environment Health and Safety Management System.
  • Adheres to the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines and Infection Control Guidelines.
  • Understands and adheres to emergency preparedness, fire safety and code policies/plans.

Education & Experience

Following are the requirements for the role of Business Development Associate at NMC Healthcare:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
  • Certification and Licensure : Not Applicable.
