Business Development Associate NMC Corporate Abu Dhabi

A Business Development Executive at NMC Healthcare will conduct market research and identify potential clients. The role holder must be willing to familiarize his/ herself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. This position will be cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. 

Responsibilities of Business Development Associate

• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Working closely with staff across departments to implement the growth of the company.
• Developing and implementing retention plans, analyzing reports to inform or update data.
• Assist with drafting marketing materials, website context, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to work in multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Quality, Health, Safety and Security

• Adheres to the requirements of the Environment Health and Safety Management System.
•  Adheres to the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines and Infection Control Guidelines.
• Understands and adheres to emergency preparedness, fire safety and code policies/plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Business Development Associate at NMC Healthcare:

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferable.
