As Carrier continues to expand, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Business Development Associate. Someone who will be supporting in activities such as bids, trade shows, and customer relationship management. Participates in supporting the company’s interests and developing business relationships to enhance sales business development performance.

Responsibilities of Business Development Associate

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events & industry publications.
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients for the business.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to prospects through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our company and services.
  • Engage in effective communication to articulate the value proposition and benefits of products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate & maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow ups.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and upto date records of client interactions using CRM software.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators, sales metrics and pipeline status.

Requirements for Role of Business Development Associate

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role.
  • To have Emirati Nationality.
