Business Cycle Coordinator Sharjah Coop Sharjah

Business Cycle Coordinator at Sharjah Coop in 464 Sheikh Humaid Bin Saqr Al Qassimi St, Al Yarmook, Halwan Suburb, Sharjah UAE will ensure all data entry processes and tasks are completed in line with Sharjah co-op policies and procedures. Ensure all data entered into the system is correct and accurate. Maintain database by entering new/updating items and BDA information. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data and updating in the concerned system accurately (description, listing, barcodes, pricing, costing and RSP (retail selling price), parameters (automatic orders, reordering level, inventory, stock)).
  • Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Responsible for informing the line manager of the accuracy of information before entering to the concerned system to avoid data inconsistency.
  • Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the line manager for resolutions.
  • Translating items descriptions (Arabic & English) and ensuring translated items conveys original meaning.
  • Updating BDA and stock positions reports, listing payment, promotion deduction.
  • Filling report templates and any other data or information as per the line manager requirement.
  • Assist the team members in any other tasks that may arise as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements for Role of Business Cycle Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel.
