Responsibilities of Business Analyst

• Lead on the collection and analysis of data from various departments, presenting findings and making recommendations to management.
• Working with multiple departments to gather all required information for generating business and forecast reports, as required.
• Reviewing processes to enhance reporting tools for effective decision-making.
• Executing and implementing various projects at the direction of the Regional Director.
• Creating and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting purposes, escalating any significant performance concerns to the leadership.
• Supporting the preparation of marketing materials to promote the work of the business.

Requirements of Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or relevant field.
• 1-3 years experience, ideally within an FMCG or logistics setting.

Skills & Abilities Desired

• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• An intuitive mindset.
• Ability to understand business process flows and respond to ad-hoc requests from senior management at pace.
