Masafi is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their team in Dubai. In this role you will work closely with Strategy Head to identify and develop new business ideas and innovations. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary can range between 8000 to 18000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of A Business Analyst
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Planning:
- Assist the Head of Strategy in formulating business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business cases.
Innovation & Ideation:
- Generate and propose new business concepts and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and validate new ideas.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Facilitate meetings to align on strategic goals and actions.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Business Analyst are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
