Business Analyst Masafi Dubai

Masafi is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their team in Dubai. In this role you will work closely with Strategy Head to identify and develop new business ideas and innovations. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary can range between 8000 to 18000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of A Business Analyst

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning:

• Assist the Head of Strategy in formulating business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business cases.

Innovation & Ideation:

• Generate and propose new business concepts and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and validate new ideas.

Project Management:

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Facilitate meetings to align on strategic goals and actions.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Business Analyst are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Desired Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
