Responsibilities of A Business Analyst

• Team with others to produce high quality deliverables to ensure superior client experience.
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions.
• Understand basic financial concepts and able to research and find financial and business performance information.
• Conduct in depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide clients and team with insights on best practices and bring forward potential solutions.
• Apply structured thinking and frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly to team members Find and leverage a diverse set of resources that can provide team with insights and potential solutions and share findings with others.
• Present an approachable and professional style while engaging and communicating with others in an effort to build lasting relationships across clients and teams.
• Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients.
• Apply technology fundamentals to client situations and demonstrate basic understanding of new and emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT, Blockchain and cloud.
• Understand how a business operates and support in the development and/ or improvement of business processes.

Requirements For Business Analyst

The eligibility requirements for role of a Business Analyst are as under:

• Undergraduate degree.
• MBA or a relevant master’s degree or certificate is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working.
• Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables.
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours.
• Build own understanding of our purpose and values while exploring opportunities for impact
• Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.
• Understand expectations and demonstrate personal accountability for keeping performance on track.
