Business Analyst Chalhoub Group Dubai

Chalhoub Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. Candidate will work closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within the eCommerce platforms. Candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to process optimization, support Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify initiatives, and provide ongoing training and support to end users. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Business Analyst

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to translate their goals into implementable business and technical requirements.
  • Technical Collaboration and Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Salesforce products. By translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical bridge between business users, IT teams and Salesforce administrators/developers to align efforts. And ensure successful execution of Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Enhancement Management: Assist in managing the Salesforce delivery pipeline, ensuring timely and quality enhancements within scope.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing on major enhancements/features, reporting potential issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Salesforce Monitoring and Continuous Learning: Regularly monitor Salesforce Commerce Cloud for optimal performance. And stay updated on industry trends to contribute to team capabilities and strategies.
  • Collaboration with Cross functional Teams: Will work with cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, engineering, IT. And operations, to contribute to the development and implementation of enhancements for Salesforce products. Will also receive training and support from internal teams.
  • Assisting with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Adoption and Integration: Will assist in driving and managing the ongoing development of the Commerce Cloud tool. And web properties and support adoption and integration into related areas of the organization. May also be involved in writing technical documentation under guidance and work with others to solve new problems.

Requirements for Role of Business Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Expertise in SFCC or Shopify, its functionality, and capabilities is a must.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify configuration and customization.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment independently.
  • Familiarity with Agile Working Environment.
