Job Description

There is a job opening for for a dedicated and responsible School Bus Attendant in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of students during their commute to and from school. You will assist students while boarding and exiting the bus, maintain order during transit, and provide support to the bus driver as needed.

Responsibilities of Bus Attendant

  • Assist students during boarding and exiting the school bus, ensuring their safety.
  • Monitor and maintain discipline among children during the bus ride.
  • Keep the bus environment clean, organized, and safe for students.
  • Support the driver in maintaining order and report any safety concerns or issues.
  • Communicate with school staff and parents when necessary to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and child-handling skills.
  • Patient, attentive, and responsible with a focus on safety.
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Must be physically fit and alert to handle the demands of the role.
  • Must be adaptive.
