Brand Specialist Saudi German Hospital Dubai

A Brand Specialist at Saudi German Hospital will implement action plans to promote person centered care in his/ her area. The incumbent will follow all relevant unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to carry out work in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities of Brand Specialist

Policies, Systems & Procedures

• Assist in preparing and updating policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with and support IT in implementation of enhancements and improvements to systems and processes and resolution of system issues, if any.
• Adhere compliance with bylaws, rules, and regulations adopted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and by SGH.

Brand Creation & Development

• Support the brand manager/supervisor in managing and enhancing SGH brand or reputation in the public’s eye while ensuring uniformity and brand consistency.
• Assess current brand management plans vis-a-vis SGH vision, mission and objectives, detect gap areas. Come up with an action plan that will help enhance and market SGH image.
• Collect data related to customer insight and experience. Assess the areas of unsatisfactory performance and draft an action plans accordingly in order to refine SGH Brand.
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with SGH brand positioning.
• Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among SGH departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.
• Assist in the development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
• Work closely with the Branding and Communications team to interpret the internal business needs to work on SGH brand that better feeds into SGH branding & communications strategy.
• Plan and execute all elements in advertising, media, promotions and owned/sponsored events from concept creation to execution. Ensure SGH brand is well recognizable and well-spread.
• Work on appointing and evaluating agencies, preparing briefs, developing media plans, reviewing output and evaluating agency performance.
• Assist in designing, planning and executing relevant sales promotion plans, campaigns and activities.
• Coordinate the efforts to develop long term and annual marketing strategies by conducting ongoing research and benchmark analysis. Ensure SGH is adopting the latest international trends in the branding/ marketing industry in order to support the transformation journey of SGH.

• Comply with all relevant health, patient safety and environmental management policies, procedures, patient and family right policies and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Provide person-centered care behavioral expectations in order to comply with SGH values.
• Abide by CARE communication and service standards when interacting with other staff members or with patients and families.

Reporting

• Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet Branding requirements, policies and standards.
• Responsible for confidentiality of information that they access to or came across during their employment at SGH.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain professional growth and development to keep abreast of the latest trend of work scope.
• Attend CARE training sessions and other trainings as required.
• Provide solutions to meet and exceed patient’s expectations.

Related Assignment

• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the brand manager/supervisor.
• Participate in hospital committee, task-force meetings and other meetings as required.

Education & Experience

Following are the requirements for the position of Brand Specialist at Saudi German Hospital:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare industry.
• Should be able to converse in English and Arabic.
