Job Description
Plum Jobs is recruiting a UAE experienced brand manager from the food distribution or FMCG sector to join their Dubai team. The client is a well established food distribution organization with a strong presence in the HORECA and food service sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand portfolios and the successful launch of new brands and within Horeca to maximize volume sales and profit.
Responsibilities of Brand Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute 360 degree marketing – brand development and communications strategies to achieve market penetration and retention and drive customer engagement.
- Build a rich database of customer contacts, demographics and behavioral drivers to build the brand through captivating digital and social media marketing campaigns.
- Oversee corporate website updates – collaborate with web developers to upload compelling visuals and ensure user-friendly navigation.
- Copy writing and content creation – develop and execute engaging content for website, landing pages, email marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, optimize and monitor paid marketing campaigns across various digital and social media platforms.
- Analyze marketing data and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Design brand guidelines for communications, collateral, media and packaging.
- Create sales decks to capture new business, launch new products and accelerate category growth.
- Organize and manage industry events such as GulfFood and hospitality awards.
Requirements of Brand Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification in marketing is a strong advantage Google Analytics.
- 8 – 10 years’ B2B brand development experience in FMCG or food and beverage distribution developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills to analyze key metrics to maximize ROI leverage campaign performance and consumer data and trends insights.
- Digital and social media marketing.
- Excellent command of English to create grammatically correct English content.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales to align with brand growth objectives.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
