An opportunity has arisen for a Brand Loyalty Customer Sales Advisor (Russian Speaker) to join Brand Loyalty Team in Jumeirah Group. The job holder will be responsible for enhancing guest loyalty and sales through personalized service and communication.

Responsibilities of Brand Loyalty Customer Sales Advisor

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards members, always.
• Acknowledging and resolving member complaints and responding promptly to their inquiries by providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints via  CRM platform.
• Communicating and coordinating with other Jumeirah colleagues, as necessary.
• Supporting the administration of the programme and loyalty department.
• Providing feedback and insights to management based on member interactions which may include recommendation for potential products or service improvements, highlighting pain points in the customer journey or suggestions for changes to processes and procedures.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management

Requirements of Brand Loyalty Customer Sales Advisor

• Minimum high school qualification.
• 2 years experience working with customer support.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Proficient spoken and written English & Russian
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
