Job Description

Seddiqi Holding is looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the inventory operations and accurately maintaining process on the system. They will report and provide recommendations on ways to improve catalogue management, assortment planning and optimizing on the purchase budgets. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-13000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Brand Coordinator

  • Brand Management:
  • Support the Head of Brands on divisional projects and matters.
  • Prepare visual dashboards with key performance indicators for the Jewellery Division.
  • Analyze and interpret large amounts of data and convert this into presentations and dashboards.
  • Support the Head of Brands in reviewing historic data and market trends for the development of the Budgeting and Purchasing Plan.
  • Support the Head of Brands in bi-annual business reviews for the Jewellery Division.
  • Prepare quarterly brand/divisional activities report to be reported to the management.
  • Consolidate reports on brand sales and inventory management, and highlight underperforming SKUs and brands, slow movers, and fast selling items.
  • Manage stock delivery schedules, in coordination with Logistics.
  • Communicate shipment delivery schedules ahead of time to Head of Brands.
  • Receive shipments and coordinate with Logistics to implement approved distribution, allocation, and assortment plans.
  • Monitor the availability and flow of the approved model stock in each POS and generate forecasted reports as per the parameters devised by the management
  • Prepare reports on stock balance (stock to sales ratio), recommendation for rotation, and replenishments analysis to be reviewed.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Perform entry of Purchase Order on the system to be used by Logistics.
  • Propose stock distribution, allocation and assortment plans to reviewed by the Head of Brands.
  • Coordinate with Retail and Logistics for timely, accurate and minor stock movement between stores as per approved transfer entries.
  • Communicate to Head of Brands high volume stock movements requested by Retail or relevant stakeholders.

What you will do more

  • Highlight any excessive ordering of SKUs that is taking place to avoid slow movers.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics to track orders, stock movement, stock distribution, etc.
  • Handle stock replenishment and liquidation, and maintenance process communication to POS network as per the directives of the Head of Brands.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the VM/Merchandising Department regarding delivery dates in order to arrange merchandising visit and ensure the correct/ timely display of new arrivals with the support of POS and Retail Team.
  • In coordination with Finance, prepare Statement of Account for invoice payments and discrepancies, if any.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for the delivery and transfers of non-valuable items i.e. catalogs, P.O.S.M and relevant merchandising materials.

Requirements for Role of Brand Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong Knowledge of the Company Products and Brands.
  • Solid Understanding of Commercial and Niche and Luxury Brand Management and Marketing Principles
  • Solid Experience in Inventory Management and Stock Rotation/Turn
