Activities Of Brand Campaign Design And Marketing Manager 

Following are the duties and responsibilities for the said role:

Emarat/EmCan Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop Brand Strategy: Formulate and implement brand strategies to build and strengthen the Emarat/EmCan brand position.
  • Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain Emarat/EmCan brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Brand Monitoring: Monitor and analyze Emarat/EmCan brand performance and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Campaign Design & Execution

  • Campaign Planning: Design, plan, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital (EmCan/Web), print, and in-store.
  • Creative Development: Oversee the creation of campaign materials, including advertisements, promotional content, and digital assets.
  • Campaign Implementation: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Marketing Management

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and a competitive landscape.

People Management

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of Brand Campaign Design And Marketing Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and campaign design.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
  • Experience in the UAE preferred, Retail/FMCG or any other adnvanced industry in the field of Marketing.
