Job Purpose of A Branch Manager

Oversee all aspects of a branch’s operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service and team management.

Job Duties of A Branch Manager

  • To carry out strategic planning for achieving set target for the Branch.
  • To plan, direct and control the activities of the sales, service & parts team in his region.
  • To take part in the order negotiations involving pricing and credit decisions, to ensure that every order is commercially viable.
  • To keep himself updated with the current market information in terms of pricing, market share and competitors’ activity.
  • To implement marketing strategy for the new products launch delegating the responsibility to the sales team and monitor the development on a regular basis.
  • To carry out forecasting and stock planning after evaluating the market trends, ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • To evaluate and select the new sales and non-sales staff by identifying their capabilities to carry out their job in the best interest of the branch and arranging their training.
  • To carry out and arrange sales and technical training for the sales team.
  • To establish and ensure achievement of each Sales staff target.
  • To help Team members in realizing the payments.
  • To implement the sales commission scheme for the sales team and ensure that the entire team is motivated.
  • To ensure maximum support to customers with the help of principals, service, and Parts Department.
  • To assist in warranty related issues and negotiate with principals for decision beneficial to customer and company.
  • Provide efficient and timely response to all customers requests and inquiries and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), preferably with MBA.

Experience

  • Having minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in Commercial Vehicles Market, Construction & Industrial Equipment Industry.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Arabic language proficiency required.
  • Good vision, listening and communication skills.
  • A great deal of technical knowledge, the ability to analyse and synthesize information promptly.
  • Team Player and Articulate personality.
  • Holder of UAE Driving License
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
