Job Purpose of A Branch Manager

To oversee and manage the operations and performance of a specific branch or location of a company.

Duties of A Branch Manager

• Achievement of portfolio growth, sales, cross-sell and any other applicable financial targets for the branch for all applicable segments.
• Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior service.
• Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interests.
• Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency.
• Manage Branch performance (Financials and Operations) in a given branch.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.

• Deep understanding of Branch Banking and sales process.
• Understanding of regional market and customers.
• In-depth understanding of banking products and processes.

• Ability to articulate problems, analyze issues and recommend  solutions.
