Job Purpose of An Operating Theatre Bookings Coordinator

To support and coordinate the administrative functions related to the scheduling of theatres according to company standard and policy.

Job Duties of An Operating Theatre Bookings Coordinator 

• Ensure effective allocation and utilization of available theatres.
• Support the coordination and related activities in theatre required to ensure theatres are prepared and available as per schedules.
• Provide general administrative duties related to theatre documentation, including telephonic services.
• Ensure an efficient electronic and paper filing system is in place and maintained.
• Actively participate and support quality improvement processes in theatres.
• Perform other task which may fall within the category of job role.
