Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of a Bodyshop Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will satisfy customers to gain their loyalty and recommend the right service to improve customer satisfaction and potential to increase profits. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 4000 AED to 8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Bodyshop Service Advisor
- Communicating effectively with customers about repair needs and status updates.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs.
- Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services.
- Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
- Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling and billing.
Eligbility Requirements for Role of Bodyshop Service Advisor
- Graduate or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within UAE.
Skills Desired
- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Hindi/Urdu; Arabic an advantage.
- Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
- UAE’s Driving license.
