BOD Lead HVAC Johnson Controls Dubai

Johnson Control looking for the BOD Lead HVAC at  Block D, 3rd Floor, Office Park Building #56, Dubai, UAE, reporting to the General Manager Applied Business responsible for direct business across Middle East region. The team focuses on the HVAC product portfolio specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. Candidate will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding footprint and customer base to achieve strong growth objectives. This is a Senior level and full time role with salary ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED per month.

Responsibilities of BOD Lead HVAC

• Target to have Chillers and Airside products specified by Consultants and Installers into their bids and projects for GCC region.
• Supporting the existing team on value engineering, basis of design and training on Airside & Chiller equipment.
• Work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform to use experience to deliver business objectives for Middle East and Africa region.
• In-depth technical expertise in Chillers/AHU/FCU to have the products specified by consultants.
• Responsible for conducting training and seminars for consultants and end users in the region.
• A hunter driven to seek and develop existing business and long term customer relationships, self-motivated.
• Analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

Requirements for Role of BOD Lead HVAC

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as Consulting Sales for HVAC industry for Chillers/AHU/FCU.
• Prior experience of preparing estimations, material submittals, providing technical report and interpreting technical designs.
• Experience of executing full site audits.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proven track record of having HVAC, Controls or Fire products specified by Consultants and Installers into their bids and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent language skills in English.
• Ability to travel.
