Purpose of A BMS Engineer

Design, implement and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize building efficiency and functionality.

Job Duties of A BMS Engineer

Resource for BMS site testing & commissioning, preferably with experience on BMS software and having following abilities:

• Programming, testing & commissioning of Siemens controller.
• Familiar with Desigo CC and be able to configure as per project requirements.
• Graphic design and implementation.
• Third party system integrations with BMS through various protocols i.e. BACnet, Modbus, Mbus etc.
• Knowledge of HVAC field equipment.
• Familiar with Siemens sensors, valve / actuator, thermostats and controllers etc.
• Preparation of T&C report & offer inspection.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or building automation system or a related field.

Experience 

• 3 plus years of experience in Similar role.
