Duties of A BIM Supervisor

• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design components.
• Ensure BIM standards and protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using BIM software.
• Oversee the quality control of BIM models and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a BIM Supervisor are as under:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture or BIM is preferable.
• 1-2 years of experience with 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
