Bilingual Legal Advisor Charterhouse Abu Dhabi

Charterhouse is working with a government entity based in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire a Bilingual Legal Advisor to join their reputable organisation. Role holder will be responsible to manage or handle the legal affairs of the company to the best of capabilities.

Responsibilities of Bilingual Legal Advisor

• Oversee and handle the legal affairs for the company as well as manage any litigation, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and any legal matters for the organisation, which is heavily focused on financial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
• The Advisor must have a strategic mindset and focus on business objectives.
• Responsible for developing and implementing legal policies and strategies and providing legal support where necessary.
• Contribute to the sustainable progress of developing countries through targeted financial assistance and strategic investments.

Requirements of Bilingual Legal Advisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Around 8 to 12 years proven experience in the UAE.
• Strong background as a Legal Advisor in a senior management position, with specific experience ideally in reputable investment companies in the UAE.

Skills & Abilities Desired

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
