Job Purpose of A Big Data Engineer

Handle systems that can process, store and manage large and complex datasets, enabling data driven decision making and analytics.

Job Duties of A Big Data Engineer

• Manage the existing & new data pipelines.
• Analyze & process unsuccessful scheduled data packets for data capture.
• Extract data from data sources for cleaning
  & assimilate it into the big data platform.
• Conduct a data quality check in terms of accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, credibility and interpretability.
• Perform any other job duty as asked by the higher authorities or which may fall within the scope of job work.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or data science management.
• No experience required. Fresh candidates can apply.

Skills Desired

• Good technical understanding of datasets.
• Good verbal communications skills, both in English as well as Arabic.
