Job Description
Make a lasting impression on guests as a Bell boy, providing exceptional service and assistance during their stay at their esteemed hotel. Hotels/Restaurant sector is seeking friendly and proactive individual to join their hospitality team.
Responsibilities of Bell Boy
- Welcome guests and assist with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel services.
- Handle check in and check out procedures when needed.
- Arrange transportation for guests as requested.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements of Bell Boy
- High school diploma or equavalent.
- Physical fitness for the demands of the role.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Bellboy or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and services
- Ability to handle luggage and provide assistance to guests
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
