Job purpose of A Bell Attendant
A Bell Attendant assists hotel guests with luggage and provides information, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
Duties of A Bell Atttendant
- Greet all guests in the lobby in a warm and professional manner.
- Make them feel welcome and anticipate their needs before they arise.
- Assist guests with their luggage, Make deliveries to guest rooms as instructed.
- Store and retrieve luggage and other objects for guests and relevant tasks.
- Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations, as well as support the Guest Services team.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Skills Desired
- Ability to work well with others in a guest and team-focused environment.
- Verbal and written English language proficiency, with a second language helpful.
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
- Already based in the United Arab Emirates.
