Accor Hotels at Novotel World Trade Centre Hotel are seeking for a Bell Attendant to join their Front Office team. The role holder is responsible to provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, delivering items to guest rooms, and offering information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance their stay.
Responsibilities of Bell Attendant
- Welcome the guests whether on the phone or in the hotel and assist with baggage, packages, briefcases etc.
- Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel.
- Keep eyes open to give service promptly and efficiently with a friendly smile.
- Establish a good rapport with the guests.
- Show the guest around the bedroom, explaining the operation of any equipment.
- Be aware of the location of the hotel and its environment and be able to direct the guest to and from the hotel.
- Listen to the guests at all times, strive to respond as quickly as possible to all requests made by guests.
- Assist guests with transportation requests & taxis.
Requirements of Bell Attendant
- High school diploma in hospitality management.
- Candidate must have 1 year of previous experience.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Warm and caring personality.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
