Purpose of A Beach Hostess

Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience at Dubai Ladies Club (DLC) beach by providing assistance and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Job Duties of A Beach Hostess

Identifies & reports hazards & maintenance requirements in work place & immediately reports them or takes appropriate action.
To be fully aware of and work in accordance with the sandard operating procedures and emergency action plan.
To assist the guests and members with towels, umbrellas and sun loungers.
Keep all the equipment and furniture clean and maintain and remove any hazards.
Prepare and deliver amenities to members /guests in a timely service orientated manner, such as cold towels, ice creams etc.
To make sure that all guests entering Dubai Ladies Club are either members or legitimate entries.
Considers member retention and member loyalty to be of the highest importance.
Knows and remembers all members well and acknowledges their presence in the club by their names.
Cordially assists guests/members who have questions and inquiries, assisting managers and supervisors as directed.
Listens to complaints or comments from members/ guests with great interest and reports incidents and accidents of any kind with correct follow up and action.
Perform other related duties as requested by the management to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
