Responsibilities of Bartender

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, with precision, consistency, and creativity.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations.
• Taking orders, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining/drinking experience.
• Master a diverse repertoire of cocktail recipes and techniques, including mixing, shaking, stirring, and garnishing, to satisfy guests’ preferences and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to legal drinking age restrictions and company policies to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests.
• Upsell and promote special offerings, events, and promotions to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using POS systems or manual logs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques, continuously expanding your knowledge and repertoire.

Requirements of Bartender

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years as a bartender or mixologist in a high volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer varieties, with a passion for mixology and beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and presentation in beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
